    Groton City

    Ashana C. Napier, 21, of 71 Branford Ave., was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, failure to obey a stop sign and failure to have headlights lit.

    Dillon N. Howard, 19, of Milford, was charged Sunday with operation of a vehicle by a minor with an elevated blood alcohol level and failure to have headlights lit.

    Groton Town

    Sean P. Conefrey, 20, of 44 Tanglewood Drive, Norwich, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear.

    Darby A. Brown, 26, of 40 Thames Heights Lane, Groton, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to provide proper insurance.

    Jeson A. Mejia-Osorio, 28, of 3 Midway Oval, Groton, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a minor.

    Eddie Rodriguez, 27, of 46 Mountain Ave., Apt. 3, was charged Saturday with possession of heroin.

    Jeffery Beliveau, 52, of 367 Grindstone Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Sunday with possession of crack, third-degree trespass, tampering with evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia and interfering with a police officer.

    Nathaniel Moore, 23, of 35 Chester St., Norwich, was charged Sunday with criminal attempt to commit second-degree robbery, threatening and criminal attempt to commit second-degree larceny.

    Stacey Silvia, 27, of 707 Colman St., was charged Sunday with prostitution and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Taron E. Muldrow, 32, of 264 Broad St., was charged Sunday with patronizing a prostitute.

    Andre Cluff, of 30 Montauk Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Sunday with criminal attempt to commit second-degree robbery, threatening and criminal attempt to commit second-degree larceny.

    Destinee Ann Hoch, 24, of 24 Lisbon Heights, Jewett City, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and driving a motor vehicle with an obstructed view.

    Andres Brenes-Vargas, 26, of Copiague, N.Y., was charged Sunday with first-degree trespass, interfering with a police officer and misuse of a 911 call.

    Remigio E. Melo, 60, of Bridgeport, was charged Saturday in Waterford with driving under the influence of alcohol of drugs.

    Mary M. Lastes, 44, of 2 Ball St., Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault.

    Robert D. Belles Jr., 47, of Middletown, was charged Saturday with two counts of third-degree assault, breach of peace , second-degree strangulation and possession of narcotics.

    Romeld D. Movera-Garcia, 26, of 63 Moss St., Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast and improper use of headlights.

    Dean M. Dignelli, 22, of Katonah, N.Y., was charged Sunday with third-degree assault.

    Alioune Sarr, 23, of New York, N.Y., was charged Friday with fourth-degree larceny and illegal use of a credit card.

    Dame Samb, 26, of New York, N.Y., was charged Friday with fourth-degree larceny and illegal use of a credit card.

    Edward Thomas, 53, of 156 Garfield Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with an alcohol related suspended license, evading responsibility and failure to maintain minimum insurance requirements.

    Jose Carrero, 35, of no certain address, was charged Saturday with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy and possession of a shoplifting device.

    Julio Esteves, 24, of 7 Rocky Hill, was charged Saturday with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy and possession of a shoplifting device.
