Angel M. Benoit, 34, of 812 Stonington Road was charged Nov. 24 with interfering with a police officer, misuse of markers, driving without minimum insurance, driving without a license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without a front plate.
Kehlso M. Haynes, 27, of 973 Stonington Road, Apt. 5, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with third-degree larceny.
