Jason T. Rios, 40, of 18 Hickory St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with improper use of marker, driving without minimum insurance, operation of motor vehicle under suspension, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, risk of injury to a child, two counts of sale of certain illegal drugs and two counts of possession of a controlled substance or more than a half-ounce of cannabis.

Quavon R. Roberson, 19, of West Haven was charged Monday with operating a motor vehicle without minimum insurance, operation of motor vehicle under suspension, traveling unreasonably fast, engaging police in pursuit, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

Craig D. Drouin, 33, of 68 Blackpoint Road, Apt. A2, Niantic, was charged Sunday with failure to use turn signal, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, and failure to obey traffic control signal.

Hector M. Maldonado, 33, of 425 Bridge St., was charged Jan. 8 with second-degree threatening, two counts of risk of injury to child and three counts of violation of a protective order.

Alondra A. Maysonet, 25, of 1 Thames River Place was charged Dec. 27 with risk of injury to a minor.

Tanya R. Marshall, 54, of 17 Pearl St., Apt. 3, was charged Dec. 21 with breach of peace, evading responsibility, traveling unreasonably fast, second-degree threatening and passing in a no-passing zone.

Marisol Rivera, 24, of 38 McKinley Ave. was charged Tuesday with two counts each of risk of injury to a minor and one count each of breach of peace, evading responsibility, attempted second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and driving without a license.

Angel P. Ilacela Sanchez, 26, of 10D Church St. was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Alexis Sena, 27, of Wethersfield was charged Wednesday in Montville with assault on a public safety officer and second-degree breach of peace.

Craig Regina, 49, of 1397 Old Colchester Road, Oakdale, was charged Monday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Deontae Alston, 30, of Brooklyn, Conn., was charged Saturday with assault on a public safety officer.

Ronald Fowler, 24, of Jewett City was charged Jan. 4 in Griswold with first-degree larceny.

Katherine L. Isatia, 39, of 380 Central Ave., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with third-degree larceny.

Steven Spellman, 69, of 32 Cedar Lane, Noank, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Fabian Rodriguez, 36, of Ansonia was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary, first-degree larceny and first-degree criminal mischief.
