Adbel Rodriguez, 25, of 84 Ledge Road, New London, was charged Wednesday with criminal violation of a protective order and criminal violation of a restraining order.
Jason L. Rodriguez, 45, of 65 Federal St., New London, was charged Wednesday with second-degree larceny.
State police — Montville
Christopher Ruley, 30, of 458 Norwich Ave., Norwich, was charged Wednesday in Griswold with second-degree breach of peace.
Kevin R. Castro, 23, of Yonkers, N.Y., was charged Feb. 1 in Montville with simple trespass, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy.
Stonington
Casey M. Blanchard, 35, no certain address, was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.
Daniel C. Williams, 43, of 4 Smith St., Old Mystic, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault.
