    Groton City

    Briana Dekorte, 49, of Middletown was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and traveling too fast.

    Norwich

    Christopher S. Wessell, 37, of 1 South Third Ave. was charged Wednesday with violation of a standing criminal protective order.

    Eric J. Boudreau, 33, of 74B Merchants Ave. was charged Wednesday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Stonington

    James E. Norman, 58, of 286 North Anguilla Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a restraining order and second-degree threatening.

    Nancy L. Pampel, 55, of 100 South Broad St., Apt. 104, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless driving, evading responsibility, failure to drive a reasonable distance apart and failure to wear a seat belt.

    Julio Rivera, 51, of 62 Jay St., Apt. 3, New London, was charged Thursday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Waterford

    Matthew Boardley, 34, of 187 Huntington St., New London, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace and threatening.

    Kenith Ramos, 36, of 71 Laurel Wood Road, Groton, was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court, second-degree failure to appear in court, breach of peace, third-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Luis Cruz, 38, of 6 Oak Ridge Road, Old Lyme, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree larceny.

    State police - Montville

    Cameron Barnhill, 27, of 153 Golden St., Norwich, was charged Wednesday in Montville with interfering with an officer, reckless driving, failure to bring motor vehicle to a full stop when signaled and disobeying signal of a police officer.

    Joseph Molcan, 58, of 188 Hansen Road, Norwich, was charged Monday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended registration and driving without insurance.
