Connor G. Lehner, 28, of 425 Bridge St., Groton, was charged April 1 with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

Carlos J. Ramos, Jr., 24, of 9 Oakwood Knoll was charged Wednesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

John Crane, 27, of 216 Shore Road, Old Lyme, was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal mischief and threatening.

Michael Cleary, 59, of 68 Corey Lane, Niantic, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation, third-degree criminal mischief and threatening.
