State police - Montville

Jovani Huaman, 36, of 53 Branch Hill, Preston, was charged Sunday in Preston with improper use of markers, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Luke P. Rainey, 42, of 120 Elizabeth St., No. 305, Norwich, was charged Sunday in Lisbon with third-degree criminal mischief.

Courtney E. Beck, 31, ,of 116 Brookside Lane, Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Eliana Rodriguez, 34, of 102 Brookside Lane, Apt. 3, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Mark W. Packer, 43, of 20 Mechanic St., Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order.

Waterford

Chang Li, 40, of Warren, N.H., was charged Tuesday with being a fugitive from justice.
