Joseph V. Foltz, 26, of 92 Peters Drive was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
Norma J. Badillo, 31, of 32.5 Truman St., New London, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace.
Christopher J. Clarke, 33, of New Hartford was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.
Kim E. Ball, 54, of 43 Sharon Road was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court and was charged Monday and Sunday with violation of a protective order and third-degree assault.
Miguel Polanco, 32, of 39 Terrace Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.
Dion G. Wilkins, 20, of 1 Crystal Lake Road, No. 522, was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace and public indecency.
Ariel Suarez, 32, of Providence, R.I., was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
Touissaint S. Bradford, 26, of 35 Lester St., New London, was charged June 3 with failure to display plates/inserts, possession of a controlled substance or more than a half-ounce of marijuana, and possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis.
Tonya P. McKoy, 50, of 156 Kings Highway, No. 121, was charged June 3 with violation of protective order.
Sean M. Warren, 42, of 147 Garfield Ave., No. 5, was charged Friday with violation of protective order.
Alex Craig, 32, of Charlestown, R.I., was charged Thursday with evading responsibility and failure to grant right of way.

Dana Boehm, 57, of Jewett City was charged Friday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane and operating motor vehicle without a license.
