George A. Carr III, 25, of 313 Prospect St. was charged Friday with failure to obey control signal, driving without a license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Carolos X. Lopez, 31, of 311 Asylum St. was charged June 6 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Treavor Phillips, 30, of Griswold was charged Monday with three counts of assault on a public safety officer.
James Matich, 44, of 458 C Laurel Hill Road was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal mischief.
Michael Cornish, 36, of 240 Laura Blvd. was charged Monday with cruelty to animals.
