Lance Payne, 44, of 84 Spring St. was charged Thursday with use of a motor vehicle without owner’s permission.
Jordan Matzdorf, 29, of 10 Woodworth Drive, Quaker Hill, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and second-degree strangulation.
Joseph Larosa, 30, of no certain address was charged Thursday with two counts each of driving while under suspension, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving without insurance.
