Ralph B. Watkins, 68, of 179 Colman St., New London, was charged Wednesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
David Mcfadden, 58, of 40 Sankow Ave. was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order and third-degree assault.
Jameik Hadley, 36, of 34 Joliet Court was charged Monday with illegal discharge of a firearm and second-degree reckless endangerment.
Malik Brown, 34, of 18 Sandy Lane, Norwich, was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance or more than a half-ounce of cannabis, carrying a dangerous weapon, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, second-degree breach of peace, criminal possession of a pistol/revolver, first-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree assault-firearm.
Robert T. Johnson, 28, of 14 Winthrop Drive was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.
Jaime A. Lobus-Perez, 19, of 240 Laurel Hill Ave., Norwich, was charged Sunday with operating/parking an unregistered motor vehicle, operating motor vehicle without minimum insurance, driving by person under 21 years old whose blood alcohol level is 0.02% or more, failure to drive in proper lane and operating motor vehicle without a license.
Aaron E. Baldwin, 24, of 14 Rosemary St., New London, was charged Sunday with criminal possession of a pistol/revolver and illegal carrying of firearm while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Katie L. Jaye, 38, of 19 Depot Road was charged July 16 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Jonathan Sestrom, 41, of 176 Old Norwich Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Thursday in Montville with risk of injury to a minor, third-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment.
Chandra Catherine Jackson, 33, of Baltic was charged Wednesday in Sprague with third-degree criminal mischief.
Amanda Ortiz, 26, of 133 Rockwell St., Apt. 2, Norwich, was charged Wednesday in Preston with third-degree assault.
William J. Jordan, 21, of Florence, Mass., was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.
Richard Mayo II, 38, of 9 Garden St., Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
Joseph A. Petit Jr., 34, of Hope Valley, R.I., was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
