Groton Town

Dominick D. Ceravolo, 81, of 1348 Baldwin Hill Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Jorge Alarcon, 45, of 8 Florida Drive was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a child, third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Ilca L. Ameida, 37, of Pawtucket, R.I., was charged Tuesday with third-degree larceny, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, and two counts each of second-degree burglary and second-degree breach of peace.

Paul A. Taylor, 51, of 1042 Poquonnock Road, No. 32, was charged Monday with first-degree criminal trespass.

Francis Grace, 58, of 58 Denison Ave., Mystic, was charged Monday with operating or parking an unregistered motor vehicle, operating motor vehicle under suspension, failure to drive in proper lane, and traffic control signal violation.

Matthew A. Glas, 56, of 134 Yetter Road, Mystic, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Joseph R. Berberich, 63, of 1042 Poquonnock Road, Apt. 1A, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and first-degree unlawful restraint.

Norwich

Josue Pagan, 32, of Waterbury was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal mischief.

Elliot K. Eleaser, 29, of 5 Wicklow Turn, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace, second-degree criminal mischief, and first-degree failure to appear in court.

Christopher L. Vanputten, 34, of 102 Stonington Road, Apt. B410, Norwich, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and second-degree strangulation.

State police - Montville

John Delapara, 47, of 9 Ramblewood Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged Tuesday in Montville with carrying a pistol without a permit, criminal possession of a firearm, interfering with an officer, second-degree threatening and conspiracy.

Kelly Bushey, 51, of 21 Depot Road, Groton, was charged Tuesday in Montville with carrying a pistol without a permit, negligent storage of a firearm, interfering with an officer and conspiracy.

Julio Rivera, 52, of 101 Heinz Avenue, Groton, was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Stonington

John D. Taylor, 37, of Danielson was charged Monday with second-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.

Jeremy M. Luzzi, 29, of 98 West Broad St., Apt. 24, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Robert T. Burns, 56, of 851 Bank St., New London, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Austin J. Massaro, 30, of New Britain was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to drive right.

Julio A. Troche, 46, of Hartford was charged Monday with third-degree assault, breach of peace, second-degree failure to appear in court, driving with a suspended license, misuse of markers, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without minimum insurance.

Samantha A. Pacheco, 34, of Hartford was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.  

Waterford

Clifton McKenney, 53, of 6 David St. was charged Wednesday with first-degree threatening.

James Miner, 31, of 75 Clark Lane was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway and possession of a controlled substance.

Kevin Gray, 46, of 547 Bank St. was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal trespass.
