John David Stockton, 31, of Jewett City was charged Friday in Lisbon with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol with a passenger under 18, possession of a controlled substance and risk of injury to a minor.

Joanna M. Kaminski, 31, 149 Stonybrook Road, Stonington, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
