    Amani Miller, 18, of 114 Chester St. was charged Oct. 19 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs while under the age of 21, driving without a license and failure to grant the right of way.

    Kayla P. Shaw, 25, of 37 Summer St., Waterford, was charged Oct. 20 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Patricia Johnson, 43, of 115 Colman St. was charged Oct. 20 with second-degree forgery.

    Shirley Herren, 37, of 19 Grand St. #5, was charged Oct. 20 with violation of protective order.

    Joan Steinberg, 70, of 84 Hawthorne Drive was charged Oct. 20 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and evading responsibility.

    Lamont Wisc, 43, of 200 Connecticut Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct and failure to appear in court.

    Matthew Stone, 33, of 8 Lisa Lane, Uncasville, was charged Saturday with violation of restraining order.

    Fernando Navarro, 28, of Springfield, Mass., was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Joseph F. Morris, 60, of 1591 Norwich New London Turnpike, #28, Uncasville, was charged Oct. 3 in Montville with second-degree breach of peace.

    Paul Santiago-Berrios, 57, of 1591 Route 32, Apt. 29, Montville, was charged Oct. 3 in Montville with second-degree breach of peace.

    Tina V. Marin, 49, of 28 Michael Road, Apt. D, New London, was charged Oct. 19 in New London with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jonathan N. Greenwood, 32, of Plainfield, was charged Thursday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Alexis C. Pedraza, 24, of New Britain, was charged Friday in East Lyme with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Brian Winn-Henry, 36, of Stamford, was charged Friday in Stonington with speeding, driving too slowly, reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, failure to drive in proper lane, drive the wrong way on a divided higway, making an improper turn, interfering with a police officer, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Nicholas Thibodeau, 29, of 1010 Riverview Lane, Norwich, was charged Saturday in Lisbon with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Liam R. Warren, 18, of 100a Jeremy Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Saturday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs while under the age of 21 and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    David T. Pedreira, 38, of 986 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Uncasville, was charged Oct. 20 with interfering with a police officer.

    Alexander M. Wagner, 25, of Deltona, Fla., was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Susan B. Montgomery, 70, of 133 S. Broad St., Apt. 4H, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with second-degree harassment.

    Amy Slater, 37, of Plantville, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Mariusz Gladczuk, 42, of Orange, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Blaine A. Henault, 58, of 153A Route 12, Preston, was charged Friday with criminal violation of a restraining order and criminal impersonation.

    Jason Cubero, 30, of 55 Waller St., New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling unreasonably fast.
