Kenneth Smith, 30, of 112 Berkeley Ave., New London, was charged Monday with interfering with a police officer and sixth-degree larceny.
Edwin Hernandez-Vazquez, 44, of 575 Bank St., New London, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, interfering with a police office, sixth-degree larceny and misuse of plates.
Stephen Hill, 62, of 81 Liberty Road, Oakdale, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
