Groton Town

Jay M. Abraham, 33, of 27 Silver St., Norwich, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.

Raymond P. Matteson, 41, of 122 Cross St., No. 305, Westerly, R.I., was charged Saturday with violation of a restraining order and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Tracie L. Tarabek, 50, of 70 Dell Ave., Apt. C3, New London, was charged Saturday with fifth-degree larceny.

Dillon G. Moser, 22, of 1 Crystal Lake Road, Apt. 206, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Thomas P. Thayer, 40, of 81 E. Pattagansett Road, No. 25, Niantic, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Stavros Frangouldias, 46, of Bristol, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

Nicole R. Jones, 33, of 265 N. Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Ronald D. Losacano, 52, of 528 Long Hill Road was charged Nov. 24 with illegal possession of fireworks, interfering with an police officer and second-degree breach of peace.

Carli Post, 28, of 40 Deerwood Drive was charged Nov. 24 with risk of injury to child, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening, and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Sara McPherson, 36, of 116 Paul Revere Road was charged Nov. 23 with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in proper lane.

Jason T. Rios, 41, of 73 West St., New London, was charged Nov. 23 with first-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of violation of probation.

Erik S. Swanson, 44, of Baltic, was charged Nov. 19 with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license, driving without an ignition control device and failure to drive in proper lane.

Dale M. Garvin, 60, of 236 Hickory Drive was charged Nov. 17 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Norwich

Robert A. Butler, 33, of 79 Mechanic St., #1, was charged Nov. 23 with misuse of plates, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and traveling unreasonably fast.

Andrew T. Senuta, 33, of 16 Franklin St., #405, was charged Friday with interfering with a police officer, evading responsibility, reckless driving, disobeying an officer’s signal, driving with a suspended registration and first-degree failure to appear in court.

Nelson Urgos, 23, of 26 Lincoln Ave. was charged Sunday with two counts of assault on a public safety officer and one count of disorderly conduct.

Edgar J. Mateo, 23, of 96 Washington St., #2, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and first-degree criminal trespass.

Isaacquiel Linicus, 21, of 20 Ridge Court, Uncasville, was charged Saturday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

State Police — Montville

Justin D. Doty, 33, of 47 Regina Road, Lisbon, was charged Sunday in Griswold with improper use of marker/license/registration, driving without minimum insurance, reckless driving, disobeying the signal of officer, evading responsibility, failure to drive in proper lane, unsafe movement of stopped vehicle, failure to obey stop sign, and interfering with an officer.

Jesse R. Nisbet, 32, of Plainfield, was charged Monday in Montville with fourth-degree larceny.

Valde N. Philibert, 24, of East Hartford, was charged Monday in Griswold with third-degree assault.

Charles Rivera-Arroyo, 26, of 93 State Pier Road, Apt. G3, New London was charged Nov. 22 in Montville with first-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Jacob Matzdorf, 27, of  10 Woodworth Dr., Quaker Hill, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license.
