Peter M. Crawn, 56, of 13 Cleveland St., Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court.
Jamel Nobles, 4, of New Haven was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of narcotics, possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle and interfering with a police officer.
Samuel Moore, 54, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief.
