Groton City

Jamie Jellison, 48, of 77 Vauxhall St., New London, was charged Sunday with criminal violation of a protective order, possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, driving without minimum insurance and failure to have tail lamps lit.

Terrence A. Beddoe, 41, of 113 Georgia St., Apt. 2, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.  

Norwich

Michael S. Foley, 25, of 235 Huntington Road, New London, was charged Friday with evading responsibility, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and driving with a suspended license.

Cecil J. Mills, 33, of 81 Norwich Ave. was charged Saturday with interfering with a police officer, first-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
