Anthony Foy, 28, of 161 Oneco Ave., New London, was charged Dec. 4 with speeding, drinking while driving and driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

Donna Delossantos, 57, of 1191 Flanders Road, Mystic, was charged Monday with traveling unreasonably fast, driving with a suspended license and insurance coverage failing the minimum.

Emmanuel George, 32, of 69 Turner Road, Oakdale, was charged Monday with traveling unreasonably fast and driving with a suspended license.

Nasif Muhammad, 51, of Middletown, was charged Tuesday with third-degree larceny and conspiracy.

Glenn Meloney, 51, of Lakeland, Fla., was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jacob Buskey, 21, of 14 Blackhall Street, New London, was charged Saturday with driving without a license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, speeding and insurance coverage failing to meet minimum requirements.

Joseph Caretta, 25, of 78 Michael Road, New London, was charged Saturday with driving without a license, misuse of plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and traveling unreasonably fast for conditions.
