Timothy C. Chiaradio, 58, of Westerly was charged Monday with drinking while driving and failure to wear a seat belt.
Jennifer L. Beach, 54, of Vernon was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and failure to drive right.
