    State police - Montville

    John William Bailey, 61, of Lebanon was charged Thursday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Kristen Marie Tenesaca-Paredes, 31, of 203 Yantic St., Apt. B, Norwich, was charged Thursday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
