    Sound Advice

In the past, seasonal changes signaled changes in the real estate market. Spring and autumn were once seen as market boon times, ideal for listing and showing a home, while summer and winter were comparatively slower. That’s no longer the case, as Coldwell Banker Realtor Joe Rhodes explains:

“Our real estate market is no longer punctuated by traditions of the past. Active buyers and agents watch the internet and MLS daily looking for new properties entering the marketplace. Changing seasons are no longer a useful gauge by which to list one's property. As a seller, if you are ready, willing and able to sell, and you have a ‘next step’ in place, then the timing is right to list. Having a capable Realtor as an ally to guide you in this process is essential to ensure a beneficial outcome.”
