Today, Realtors have any number of digital tools to help market their selling clients’ homes—pro photography, virtual tours and video, and third-party sites, like Realtor.com and Zillow. But as Broker Tara Crossley explains, sometimes a more personal approach can be the key to a sale:
“A coming-soon period, with an open house on the day the listing is live, is a must in this market. It ensures buyers have time to know a home they may be interested in is coming on and when they will be able to see it. I love to up the ante by door knocking in the neighborhood a couple of days prior to, delivering an invitation to the open house for neighbors and their friends. Buyers often move with in 15 miles of where they already live; chances are your neighbor knows someone who will be interested!”
