    Sound Advice 08-30-24

You may think that once a property transaction is closed, and the keys to the home are handed over to a new owner that a real estate agent’s job is complete. However, their clients’ needs—and thus their services—continue, as Elizabeth Johnstone explains:

“As their Realtor, I let my clients know early on that I am their go-to resource. Providing names of vendors is a real benefit to the client, whether a buyer or a seller, and an important part of a Realtor’s role. Having a strong network of quality designers, architects, builders, flooring contractors, painters, electricians, plumbers, HVAC contractors and auctioneers can be especially helpful when clients are new to the area.”
