    O’Neill Center reveals line-up for Winter Cabaret

    The Eugene O’Neill Theater Center in Waterford has announced the line-up of Broadway stars, cabaret favorites, and more who will take part in its annual Winter Cabaret Series scheduled for Dec. 12-15.

    The 2024 Winter Cabaret line-up includes:

    •Marissa Mulder in “Merry and Bright!” with O’Neill Jon Weber at the piano (Dec. 12): An evening of holiday classics and jazz, pop and Broadway selections.

    •The Mike Flanagan Trio featuring Lauren Scales in “Holiday Swing!” (Dec. 13): East Flanagan leads his trio of East Coast jazz musicians, which includes Chris Grasso on piano and Luques Curtis on bass, and Scales on vocals.

    •Broadway’s Julia Murney with John McDaniel in “A Toast to the Season!” (Dec. 14): O’Neill alum Murney (“The Wild Party,” “Wicked”) joins Cabaret & Performance Conference Artistic Director McDaniel for a romp through their careers in the theater spiked with holiday cheer.

    •Jelani Remy in “A Broadway Christmas!” (Dec. 15): Remy was in “The Lion King” and “Back To The Future” on Broadway, and he’ll present an evening of holiday classics and Broadway favorites with music director Tom Vendafreddo at the piano.

    Grammy and Emmy winner McDaniel said, "Winter Cabaret is back for the third consecutive year! I look forward to sharing these unique and dazzling performances with our wonderful O'Neill audiences.“

    Performances will take place at 7 p.m. in the Rufus and Margo Rose Barn Theater. General admission tickets are $40, and table seating with wine is available at a higher price.

    Tickets for the series go on sale at 10 a.m. Nov. 1. More information can be found at theoneill.org/wintercab.
