All aboard the Shore Line East!

Six new weekday Shore Line East trains start running Monday between New London and New Haven.

A train will depart New London for New Haven at 6:55 a.m., 6 p.m. and 8:35 p.m. The three new trains from New Haven to New London will depart at 5:30 a.m., 4:27 p.m. and 8:50 p.m.

The Water Street Garage will continue to offer half-price fees for monthly parking, as will the garage on Governor Winthrop Boulevard.

New timetables are now available.

Shore Line East is the rail service between New Haven and New London, operated on behalf of the Connecticut Department of Transportation by Amtrak. In addition to two stations in New Haven (Union Station and State Street Station) trains stop in Branford, Guilford, Madison, Clinton, Westbrook, Old Saybrook and New London.
