Ex-school employee charged with supplying pot to students

DANBURY, Conn. (AP) — Police say a former employee of a Connecticut high school has been charged providing marijuana to students who attended the school.

Danbury police announced Monday that 41-year-old Glenn Davis was charged with four counts of risk of injury to a child and two counts of distributing marijuana. He turned himself in Friday.

Police say he was a safety advocate at Danbury High School when he provided marijuana to several juveniles, including Danbury High students, while off campus.

Officials said Davis resigned May 8.

He is free on $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 25.

It's not clear if he has a lawyer.
