The Anglican Singers are accepting auditions for the 2016-17 season, and all voice parts, especially bass and baritone, are welcome to apply. Previous choral experience and an ability to read music are strongly preferred.

The Anglican Singers perform works from the centuries-old tradition of Choral Evensong. This season, the singers will perform in England during a 10-day choral residency at Truro and Exeter cathedrals in July 2017.

Auditions are by appointment only and comprise a straightforward evaluation of musicality, voice quality, range and basic sight-reading. Singers should select a short piece (or portion of a piece), preferably from the classical choral repertoire, and be prepared to sing it in their own vocal range.
