Old Saybrook - DEP Environmental Conservation Police chased a National Association of State Boating Law Administrators boat during training exercises in tactical boarding operations and homeland security missions on Long Island Sound, held Thursday off the coast of Old Saybrook.
The training was conducted by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators including the Connecticut State Police Emergency Services Unit.
