Groton City

Rhonda A. Page, 47, of 1010 Long Hill Road, Apt. 28, Ledyard, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey a traffic control signal and having a weapon in a motor vehicle.

Monique T. Allen, 49, of 18 Mather Ave., was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Jason A. Wise, 31, of 165 Laurel Drive, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Christopher E. Wilson, 28, of 132 Mumford Ave. was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Ledyard

Gewndolyn Rhodes, 58, of 457 E. Main St., Norwich, was charged Saturday with second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief.

Andrew Lewis, 22, of 457 E. Main St., Noriwch, was charged Saturday with second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief.

New London

Fabian Ordonez, 28, of 22 Ashcraft Road was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and excessive fumes or smoke.

Gabriel Paulino, 23, of 636 Montauk Ave. was charged Sunday with first-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

Norwich

Rebecca Conrad, 32, of 20 Oak St., Norwich, was charged Saturday with violation of probation.

State Police - Montville

Shelly A. O'Neal-Kegler, 31, of 6 Wintergreen Drive, Waterford, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Michael P. Wilson, 25, address not available, was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics and interfering with a police officer.

Aaron Walkinshaw, 26, of Lakeside Drive, Ledyard, was charged Saturday with breach of peace and threatening.

Waterford

Richard Finnegan, 42, of 83 Bloomingdale Road, Waterford, was charged Saturday with sixth-degree larceny, interfering with a police officer and disobeying an officer's signal.

Jacob Kilhenny, 27, of Storrs, was charged Saturday with threatening.
