After watching over a month of negative campaigning, neither Linda McMahon nor Chris Murphy look like very nice people. This is no big thing since our U.S. legislators usually vote in lock step with their party's leaders. No intelligent thought will be required. However, with the U.S. Senate now almost evenly divided, a win by McMahon could turn over control of our Senate to the party of no compromise, radical right and that would be a big thing. My thinking tells me Connecticut voters have learned their lesson and will do the right thing.
