I am surprised that, given the popularity/notoriety of your cartoon, "Nobody", that somebody hasn't brought up the subject of Emily Dickinson's poem, "Nobody." Well, let me be the one. It goes like this:
I'm nobody. Who are you?
Are you nobody too?
Then there's a pair of us - don't tell!
They'd banish us you know!
How dreary to be somebody!
How public like a frog,
To tell one's name the livelong day
To some admiring bog!
Cheers to all.
