Virtu Art Festival not deterred by cold and rain

Westerly - Art lovers from around the region braved the cold and rain to attend the 16th annual Virtu Art Festival in Westerly's Wilcox Park Saturday.

The festival organizers said more than 150 artists from the visual and performing arts participated.
