Thomas Dunn, 45, of 32 Huntington St., Apt. 2B, New London, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Ishawinda Hayslett, 32, of 54 Boulder Drive, New London, was charged Monday with second-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor and breach of peace.
