    Destinee M. Carter, 21, of 88 Shennecossett Road was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    New London

    Victor Lebron-Rivera, 24, of 25 Brewer St., No. 1, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Sandra Johnson, 45, of 127 Hempstead St., No. 207, was charged Friday with second-degree hindering the prosecution and interfering with an officer.

    Rocha Brown, 47, of 127 Hempstead St., No. 207, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and violation of probation.

    Stephen Soldi, 29, of 172 Hawthorne Drive was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

    Norwich

    Kimberly Faison, 38, of 16½ Terrace Ave. was charged Friday with breach of peace.

    Nerkeda M. Clinton, 32, of 16½ Terrace Ave. was charged Friday with breach of peace.

    Wendy Bouchard, 29, of 38 Cliff St., Apt. 1, was charged Friday with first-degree criminal damage to landlord's property.

    Mitchell Stevens, 43, of 38 Cliff St., Apt. 1, was charged Friday with first-degree criminal damage to landlord's property.

    Steve Beas, 21, of 19 Oak St. was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

    Frandy Dugue, 37, of 230 Franklin St. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and misuse of plates.

    State police - Westbrook

    Kandiss Randolph, 29, of 121 Hynes Ave., Groton, was charged Sunday in Westbrook with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving.
