Susan A. Reay, 51, of 11 High St., Apt. 3, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace.
Christopher J. Lesso, 56, of 326 Huntington St., New London, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, driving with suspended registration, failure to have minimum insurance, improper use of a marker plate and possession of narcotics.
Joseph V. Curran, 34, of no certain address, New London, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Matthew Roy, 25, of 425 Bridge St., No. 215, Groton, was charged Wednesday with interfering with police and second-degree threatening.
Osvaldo Beard, 18, of 1 Marshall Place was charged Thursday with engaging in pursuit, driving with a suspended license or registration and risk of injury to a minor.
Rosa Garcia, 40, of 53 Raymond St., No. 1, was charged Thursday with criminal impersonation.
Adam Mathieson, 33, of 13 Washington St., No. 4, was charged Thursday with four counts of possession of marijuana, three counts of selling marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, posession of drug paraphernalia in a drug factory situation, and posession of drug paraphernalia.

Matthew Dumont, 34, of Darthmouth, Mass. was charged Wednesday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.
Jessica Poulton, 32, of 167 Pennsylvania Ave., Niantic was charged Wednesday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.
Karen Couture, 49, of 195 Pennsylvania Ave., Niantic, was charged Thursday in East Lyme with third-degree criminal mischief, breach of peace and third-degree assault.
Richard Cooper, 26, of Fall River, Mass., was charged Thursday with breach of peace.
