Groton City

Nathan Moreta, 18, of 10 Almer St., was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Groton Town

Wellington N. Thompson IV, 28, of 108 Driftwood Circle, was charged Saturday with possession of narcotics, risk of injury to a minor, breach of peace, driving with suspended license or registration and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Gary A. Ballinger, 37, of 24 A St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.

New London

Alden L. Harriman, 68, of no certain address, was charged Sunday with public indecency and second-degree breach of peace.

Chancaray Tyson, 22, of 40A Blackhall St. was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Robert Santiago, 32, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Norwich

Tesolo Hallums, 34, of 45 Oakwood Knoll was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Christopher Lunde, 47, of 6 Town St. was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation and second-degree threatening.

Jesse Jackson, 47, of 38 Lincoln Ave., #4, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, third-degree assault and second-degree strangulation.

State Police - Montville

Phyllis M. James, 62, of 17 Green Ave. Apt. C, Jewett City, was charged Friday in Griswold with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Amador Pagan, 46, of 166 Litton Ave., Groton, was charged Friday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Justin T. Wells, 24, of Wilbraham, Mass., was charged Saturday in Montville with driving with a suspended license or registration, failure to drive in the proper lane and driving without a license.

Alexander J. Wagner, 30, of 303 Mohegan Park Road, Apt. 9, Norwich, was charged Saturday in North Stonington with evading responsibility, interfering with a police officer and driving with suspended license or registration.

Chelsea Barber, 19, of 347 Beach Pond Road, Voluntown, was charged Thursday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Stonington

Christopher Vanasse, 30, of 395 New London Turnpike, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license or registration and driving while using a cellphone.

Paige M. Luethy, 24, of 58 Granite St., Apt. 2, Westerly, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
