Nettle Dunham, 61, of 124 Hawthorne Drive was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to grant right of way.

Kayett McDonald, 36, of Hartford was charged Thursday with sale of crack cocaine.

Scott M. Tracey, 48, of Norwalk was charged Wednesday in Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
