Connor G. Lehner, 22, of 9 Thames Terrace, Norwich, was charged Friday with first-degree failure to appear in court, six counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of violation of probation.

Joseph J. Osborne, 43, of Bronx, N.Y., was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, failure to drive in the proper lane on a multi-lane highway and interfering with an officer.

Robert J. Chapel, 34, of 1 Rosemary Lane, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with interfering with an officer.

Frederick W. Onuparik, 56, of 90 Crown Knoll Court, No. 139, was charged Wednesday with failure to drive in the proper lane on a multi-lane highway, driving at too slow a speed, disobeying the signal of an officer and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Samuel D. Copeland, 31, of Hartford was charged Wednesday in Hartford on a warrant with two counts of second-degree forgery, third-degree larceny and fourth-degree larceny.

Vern E. McLean, 63, of 26 Hynes Ave. was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Asa T. Vann, 24, of 39 Hinkley St., Mystic, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

Jay Taylor, 29, of 42 Garfield Ave. was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

Brent Wiles, 61, of 32 Arbor Road, Jewett City, was charged Thursday in Griswold with violation of probation.
