Robert E. Carter, 26, of 863 Shewville Road, Ledyard, was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Kevin J. Branch, 24, of 68 Al Harvey Road, Stonington, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Aurilene M. Dos Santos, 30, of 1215 Pleasant Valley Road was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway and driving without a license.

Kyle J. Paquette, 35, of 42 Flintlock Road, No. H, Ledyard, was charged Tuesday with violation of the conditions of release.

Russell M. Sheppard, 53, of 351 Shewville Road, Ledyard, was charged Monday with evading responsibility and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

James N. Lovenbury, 20, of Taunton, Mass., was charged Sunday with reckless burning, risk of injury to a minor, breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Nelson Ferguson, 32, of 167 Sandy Lane was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Alexander Wiggins, 27, of 125 Jefferson Ave., New London, was charged Monday with interfering with an officer, driving with a suspended license, reckless driving and failure to stop for an emergency vehicle.

Sarah Jolly, 27, of 22 Fountain St., Norwich, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and sixth-degree larceny.
