Stonington - Police have arrested a 39-year-old New London man in connection with last month’s robbery of People’s United Bank in Mystic.
Police charged Jason Piontkoswki of 55 Linden St. on Thursday with first-degree robbery and second-degree larceny. Police said he is accused of the July 18 robbery.
