Traffic consultant time?

As a frequent driver and pedestrian at the Groton Shoppers Mart, I am fearful of losing my 60-plus year accident-free driving record, or of becoming parking lot "road kill" as a pedestrian. Unsafe conditions include a confusing array of marked and unmarked intersections, many of which have obstructed views due high ornamental grass plantings. Additionally, parking is tandem at a 180-degree angle, which creates hazards for vehicle operators and pedestrians alike.

Perhaps it is time for a consultant to be called in for a redesign?
