    Jose A. Mora, 60, of 20 Pleasant St., 2nd floor, New London, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have tail lamps.

    Melissa J. Bollenbach, 27, of 130 Christy Hill Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Sunday with sixth-degree larceny and use of drug paraphernalia .

    Nicholas P. Perrotta, 21, of 75 Roberts Road, was charged Monday with evading responsibility.

    New London

    Rasaidia Brown, 20, of 165 Thames St., Apt. 3, was charged Tuesday with violation of probation and disorderly conduct.

    Cory Lee Miller, 24, of 16 Denison Ave. was charged Tuesday with being a fugitive from justice.

    Cameron Litwin, 20, of 18 Spring Rock Road, East Lyme, was charged Tuesday with violation of a restraining order and interfering with police.

    Paul Caswell, 45, of 15 Loretta Ave., Griswold, was charged Thursday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Kenneth Salls, 21, of 139 Stoddards Wharf Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Saturday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and improper parking.

    James Burke, 65, of Lebanon was charged Monday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Waterford

    David Duboc, 26, of 2 East Pond Meadow Drive, Westbrook, was charged Monday with driving with suspended license and failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated.

    Kiesha Henry, 38, of 280 Gardner Ave., New London, was charged Monday with driving with suspended license, failure to have head lamps and failure to secure a child.

    Jose Ayala-Alfaro, 22, of 22 Clover St., New London, was charged Sunday with driving without a license, driving with suspended license and failure to properly display license plates.
