    Chester Holiday Market Culminates in Chocolate Festival

    The Chester Chocolate Festival arrives in Chester center on Sunday, Dec. 21 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the last day of the town's annual Holiday Market series. There will be chocolate to eat and drink and even paint with. Bell'Oliva will serve chocolate fondue, Lark will serve Chester's longest brownie, Al Malpa's Photography Gallery will have homemade chocolate chip cookies, and Annie Glover's British Food & Gifts will have Cadbury's Fudge Bars. Meanwhile, The Cupcakery will serve chocolate cupcakes, The Villager will have hot chocolate, and River Tavern will serve chocolate martinis and Smith Organic Chocolate Stout.     Ceramica celebrates Feste di Cioccolata on Sunday, Dec. 21. The shop's free weekly drawing prize is this beautiful gift basket full of chocolate plus ceramiche. Stop in to leave your name and email address in the gift drawing box.

    Maple and Main artist Jan Blencowe will lead a free sketching session of the chocolate display at the gallery from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (or until the chocolate is gone). Bring drawing materials to draw along with Blencowe or just come to watch-and consume. Photos courtesy of Cary Hull
