Kara Sundlun will be at the Waterford Public Library from 2 to 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3, to discuss her book "Finding Dad: From 'Love Child' to Daughter," the story of her effort to establish a relationship with her father whom she didn't know until her teen years. Sundlun eventually had to legally and publicly force her biological father, the late former Rhode Island Governor Bruce Sundlun, to acknowledge her.

Sundlun anchors and hosts WFSB's "Better Connecticut" with Scot Haney and "Kara's Cures," a guide to health and spirituality.

A Q&A period will follow the program; copies of the book will be available for purchase and signing.
