    Lee Williams, 29, of 15 Farm Pond Road, North Stonington, was charged Monday with violation of probation or conditional discharge.

    Thidathip Phuttaphan, 32, of Elmhurst, N.Y., was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Donald Oetullo, 54, of Dorchester, Mass., was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Mark A. Day, 28, of 35 Miller Road, Preston, was charged March 10 with fifth-degree larceny.

    New London

    Jorge Leon-Nieves, 34, of 139 Norwood Ave. was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates and driving an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle.

    Tara M. Wilson, 27, of 68 Connecticut Ave., No. 3, was charged Thursday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear and three counts of violation of probation.

    Edwin Navado, 30, of 62 Jay St., No. 1, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault.

    Luis Velez-Ramos, 22, of 272 Connecticut Ave. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, failure to stop at a stop sign and third-degree assault.

    Norwich

    Kayra Enid Garcia, 26, of 128 Broadway was charged Thursday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Ashley Wardwell, 20, of 16 Adelaide Road was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Jeremy Pacheco, 21, of 30 Quarto Road was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct.

    Alreno Sebastian, 31, of 9 Fountain Street was charged Tuesday with third-degree burglary and criminal attempt of sixth-degree larceny.

    Stonington

    Shannon Gaccione, 40, of 28 Huntington St., Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with criminal violation of a protective order, breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

    A 16-year-old juvenile was charged Wednesday with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Nelson R. Molina, 21, of 653 Bank St., New London, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and improper passing.

    Cullen S. Faulise, 20, of 5 Mystic Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, simple trespass and failure to have insurance.

    Scott T. Cote, 19, of 290 Branford Ave., Groton, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license.

    State Police - Montville

    Angel A. Vasquez, 25, of 123 Cook St., Waterbury, was charged March 15 in Norwich with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of markers and failure to carry minimum insurance.

    Sally A. Rocawich, 61, of 180 East Main St., Jewett City, was charged March 8 in Griswold on a warrant for criminal violation of a protective order.

    Jason Gilmore, 41, of 8 Burton Road, Griswold, was charged March 8 in Griswold for disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
