Richard Hillman, 27, of 10 Vivian Street, Waterford, was charged Friday with interfering with an emergency call, disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order.

Kristopher Cote, 30, of 198 Scotland Road, Baltic, was charged Saturday in Sprague with possession of drug paraphernalia, illegally possessing a narcotic, possessing a narcotic not in its original container and possessing less than half an ounce of cannabis.

Joshua S. Rakosky, 45, of 249 Rope Ferry Road, Waterford, was charged Saturday in East Lyme with  driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failing to drive right.

Tiara Hrusa, 36, of 63 Leafwood Lane, Groton, was charged Friday with using a cellphone while driving and driving with a suspended license.

Leo Facchini, 60, of 15 Gunshot Road was charged Friday with criminal violation of a protective order: threatening.

Brandon Hatfield, 28, of 193a Maple Ave., Montville, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, evading respopnsibility and failure to drive in proper lane on a multi-lane highway.

Christopher Correll, 52, of 57 Farmington Avenue, New London, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.
