New London police have issued a bulletin for a missing 31-year-old man.

James Kozik, is described as black, 5 feet 11 inches tall, with a muscular build, black hair, brown eyes and a beard. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, white or red shorts and red sneakers. Anyone with information about his location is asked to call New London police at (860) 442-4444.
