Janovic named to Charter Oak board

Annette Janovic, a business consultant and community leader, has been named to Charter Oak Federal Credit Union's board of directors.

Janovic, a member of Charter Oak’s Supervisory Committee since January 2012, has nearly three decades of credit union experience and is a trustee of the Credit Union League of Connecticut Charitable Foundation and treasurer of the Chanticlair Women’s Golf League of Colchester.

She replaces Michael Malvinni on the seven-member board. Malvinni had served on the board since 1984.
