Comedian Pablo Francisco headlines Fox Theater

    Pablo Francisco (Submitted)

There's a little-known theory that every single human being is capable of doing at least one celebrity impression really well. Me? Martha Stewart. My sainted 91-year-old Mom, for example, does an uncanny sound-alike of Orson Welles. And Eileen, my wife, sings exactly like Bjork — when Bjork happens in turn to be doing HER remarkable impression of Yoko Ono.

    See what I mean?

But only folks like Pablo Francisco can offer a firing-range array of spot-on celeb impressions and add a clever comic twist to each. The "be funny" part comes naturally, as well. Francisco is an A-list standup headliner. His two Comedy Central in-concert specials, "They Put It Out There" and "Ouch!," are consistently on the network's "most requested" list, and his always fresh takes on popular culture mean his material constantly evolves.

See Francisco Tuesday when he headlines the Fox Theater at Foxwoods. (Imagine that last sentence sounded like Martha Steward.)

Pablo Francisco, 10 p.m. Tuesday, Foxwoods' Fox Theater; $29; 1-800-200-2882.
